Connecting THE WOOLBOX to every visit
THE WOOLBOX brought WOOLRICH’s pop-up space to Taikoo Li Sanlitun in Beijing. Built around the idea of standing the test of time, the space translated brand heritage, wool craftsmanship and outdoor aesthetics into an experience visitors could explore in person. The mini program supported discovery and booking before a visit, and kept the visit pass close at hand on arrival.
Two ways to visit, one clear booking journey
From discovering the space to booking a visit
The wool-themed home screen introduces the pop-up dates and venue, with a second page that unfolds the space story. Book Now leads into the visiting journey: choose a date and time, complete the details and receive a clear booking result. Activity information and booking rules remain close to the decision, helping visitors understand the arrangements before they arrive.
A hands-on experience with wool
The wool-felting workshop shares the booking entry while retaining its own activity type, content and sessions. Visitors can discover the craft experience before choosing a time. Dates, availability and form feedback follow the same pattern across both journeys.
Keeping visit passes and appointment management connected
A booking confirmation leads directly to the visit pass. Its QR code, visitor name, phone suffix, time and venue sit together on one card for arrival. My account and My appointments organise records by status and support viewing, changing and cancelling a booking, giving each visit a clear place from planning to completion.
Turning the pages of an outdoor brand story
About WOOLRICH uses vertical pages to introduce the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, natural inspiration and outdoor values. Wool textures, original imagery and restrained typography extend the visual language of the pop-up, connecting useful booking features with the brand story.
